The 2010 Ada Air Expo and Pigs Can Fly BBQ contest was a great airshow. I flew out of Riverside (KRVS) and picked up a friend, Jerod, and his father-in-law, Ronnie, at his home at Gundys Airpark (o38) in Owasso, OK for the flight down to Ada. Gundys is a great airpark that has a 2600' paved runway and a parallel grass strip.The airshow was excellent and my favorite performer was Jason Newburg in his modified Pitts. The BBQ was tasty as well and I am planning on making the Ada Air Expo an annual fly-in event.
